Working Principle:

The IQF quick-freezing system employs fluidized freezing technology. Under the influence of high-speed cold air flow, the food remains in a suspended state, ensuring that each particle or sheet-like food receives uniform cooling. It then passes through three stages: cooling, surface freezing, and deep freezing. The main working methods include:

Two-stage freezing: The first stage is rapid surface freezing (to prevent sticking), and the second stage is deep freezing (to ensure complete freezing of the food inside) 16.

Pulse vibration device: Some equipment is equipped with a mechanical pulse vibration mechanism, which enhances the fluidization effect and increases the monomer content by 24%.

Efficient cold air circulation: Utilizing a high-pressure centrifugal fan, it ensures the uniform distribution of cold air and enhances the freezing efficiency by 16%.

  • High efficiency and energy saving: Some IQF equipment can achieve an output temperature of -18℃ with an evaporation temperature of -32℃, which is approximately 25% more energy-efficient compared to the traditional -40℃ evaporation temperature.
